• Manage all end-to-end aspects of the customers’ media campaigns including targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
• Proactively communicate customer issues to LinkedIn sales support teams across Ad Operations, Insights, and Creative, etc., and provide ongoing follow-up and customer communications to troubleshoot campaigns and ensure error free execution.
• Manage all aspects of each LinkedIn customers marketing campaign to ensure customers’ objectives are met, from making recommendations on target audiences to proving ROI through campaign insights.
• Ability to build deep relationships with C-suite audience/key business decision-makers from the Marketing, PR/Comms, Talent Acquisition worlds
• Drive portfolio level revenue growth and exceed revenue targets consistently

Provide consultative servicing 

• Consult and own all aspects of the client’s media campaigns including targeting, content, user journey, implementation, optimization, and reporting 
• Proactively analyze and optimize customers’ advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure client objectives are met 
• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally 
• Provide qualitative assessment on creative copy and help drive platform-specific content strategy

In this position, you will serve as a compensation subject matter expert from the region supporting the global compensation programs, processes, polices and enablement.  

 
Responsibilities: 

• Problem Solving through Analytics: Leverage your technical skills to design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions as well as forecast, report, and/or analyze compensation business outcomes.  Produce ad hoc analyses with quick turnaround.  
• Regional Support to Rhythm of Business: Participate in the development of and own region support for compensation processes such as the annual review, job architecture, and other global initiatives.  
• Compensation Education & Enablement: Develop and deliver educational resources, toolkits, and training for HRBPs and people managers to ensure understanding of compensation programs and processes. Drive enablement strategies that simplify complex concepts and empower informed decision-making. 
• Data Audit & Integrity: Ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation and equity data across systems. Conduct regular audits, identify discrepancies, and implement controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.
