As a Design & Build firm, we are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer who can bridge the gap between creative vision and on-site execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring our residential projects are not only architectura ly stunning but also technica ly sound, compliant, and efficiently built.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Pre-Construction

• Project Initiation: Take the "brief" to identify clients’ needs and develop feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Sustainable Design: Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, the building’s usage, and environmental impact.
• Technical Drafting: Independently prepare plans and specifications for the construction and/or alteration of residential buildings.
• Blueprint Management: Produce detailed blueprints and implement any necessary technical corrections.
• Specification Authoring: Compile comprehensive project specifications to guide the procurement and construction phases.
  

2. Construction & Builder Oversight

• Quality Control: Oversee the project from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure al works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Site Management: Conduct regular on-site visits to check on project status and provide detailed reports.
• Site Collaboration: Cooperate and liaise closely with construction professionals to resolve technical issues during the build.
• Resource Management: Strictly maintain project budgets and timelines.

3. Administrative & General

• Mobility: Travel to various project sites as and when necessary.
• Flexibility: Handle any other ad hoc tasks assigned to support the firm.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Masters in Architecture from a reputable university.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Technical Skills:

1. Design Software: High proficiency in ArchiCAD, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit.
2. Visualization: Experience with Rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape) and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Soft Skills: A strong sense of design and a proven ability to work wel in a team environment.
   

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $4,500 – $6,000.
