Key Responsibilities:
Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure timely recruitment and smooth integration of employees.
Work pass application process
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, and leave encashment
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, medical insurance, and WICA insurance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, leave, and attendance to support effective personnel administration.
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries related to benefits, payroll, and workplace grievances, fostering positive employee relations.
Coordinate employee engagement and corporate social responsibility events for a global hybrid workforce, managing the lifecycle of the event including, logistics, communications, outreach, volunteer recruitment, and participation.
Facilitate employee wellness programs to enhance the employee experience leading to increased employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction
Track staff training needs and assist in coordinating career development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability.
Preferred competencies andqualifications
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or administrative support.
Proficient use of HR software to manage HR processes efficiently.
