Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise architectural works with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and quality delivery
• Monitor on-site progress to track milestones and identify issues impacting project timelines
• Manage and monitor architectural design submission schedules to ensure timely completion and compliance with project deadlines
• Ensure all design submissions comply with local authority and regulatory requirements to secure necessary approvals
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and government agencies to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve queries
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff and subcontractors to enhance team performance and maintain standards
• Support project planning and workflow processes from design through construction to optimize efficiency and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design and construction challenges, ensuring project continuity
• Prepare accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD to support design development and submission requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination
• Recognised Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong understanding of local authority submission processes and construction workflows
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities as a proactive team player

Job Description & Responsibilities

We are seeking dedicated and people-oriented Assistant Customer Relations Officers (CRO) to support our Home Improvement Programme. The successful candidates will act as the key liaison between the project team and residents, ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination, and positive resident relations throughout the project.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and communicate effectively with residents on project-related matters, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
• Explain and guide residents on the scope, locations, and benefits of the Home Improvement Programme works.
• Handle feedback, requests, and complaints from residents tactfully, providing practical on-site solutions where necessary.
• Coordinate and arrange home improvement works outside residential units in a timely manner while maintaining good rapport with residents.
• Provide administrative and logistical support during construction working committee meetings.
• Record and prepare meeting minutes with Consultants, HDB, Sub-Contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Level Certificate, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, public relations, or community engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively
• Patient, tactful, and able to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and committed WSHO cum ECO to join our project team. The ideal candidate will ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental standards are rigorously enforced and maintained across our construction projects.

Requirements:

• Certified and Registered WSHO in accordance with MOM regulations
• Certified Environment Control Officer (ECO) in accordance with MOM and NEA requirements
• Attended Risk Management Training
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of WSH Act and all regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive working attitude and proactive mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
• Preferably possess own transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in identifying and assessing workplace risks
• Conduct regular site safety inspections to ensure compliance with MOM WSH Acts and Regulations
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and environmental controls on site
• Organise and conduct Monthly WSH Committee meetings; compile and submit safety reports
• Inspect construction site facilities and equipment to eliminate environmental health hazards
• Supervise workers in implementing proper safety practices in accordance with regulations
• Respond to and manage feedback or reports of irregularities on-site
• Support project teams with all safety, health, and environmental compliance documentation
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
