Responsibilities:
Network Engineer with at least 2 years relevant work experience with minimum CCNA certified, CCNP preferred
Required to handle daily Operation/support duties including SLA, CR, SR, and Incident reporting.
Rotational standby support is required, and may occasionally need to travel to remote sites
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
Follow site safety and disciplinary procedures;
Other work assigned by Manager;
Requirements:
Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
Knowledge in network management and troubleshooting;
Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
Diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
