Job Description & Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Deliver network technical services to new and current customers
• Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts / Value to customers
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers
• Troubleshoot and support customer faults on network and network security equipment
Requirements:
• Diploma in IT or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in network implementation and support
• Team player with good communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good foundation of information technology trends and developments
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
