Key Responsibilities
Handle the full HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding processes.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate employee records.
Process monthly payroll, overtime claims, leave administration, and attendance tracking.
Administer employee benefits, insurance matters, work passes, and medical claims.
Coordinate employee training arrangements and maintain training records.
Support performance appraisal exercises and employee engagement activities.
Prepare and submit IRAS forms (IRA8, IR21) and CPF submissions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore MOM regulations.
Liaise with government agencies and external vendors when required.
Perform other ad-hoc HR duties assigned by Management.
Manage daily office administration and general office maintenance.
Purchase and maintain office supplies, pantry items, uniforms, and PPE.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and staff welfare activities.
Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and filing systems.
Arrange air tickets and hotel bookings for employees travelling overseas for business purposes.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by Management.
