Key Responsibilities
Accounts Functions
- Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
- Generate invoices, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Verify supplier invoices and prepare payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end account closing activities.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Support GST reporting and other statutory submissions.
- Assist in audit preparation and provide supporting documents when required.
- Prepare management reports and financial schedules as assigned.
Administrative Functions
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and company documents.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Support HR administration, including leave records, claims, attendance, and staff documentation.
