Job Description & Requirements

• Manage and lead the restaurant team to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including managing inventory, monitoring food and beverage quality, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

• Have the knowledge required to participate in the formulation of food and beverage menus of the restaurant.
• Handle disciplinary issues, conducting annual team review and confirmation of staff.
• Ensure the strict compliance by all staff to company’s standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience restaurant management or a related field.

Hiring for a western stall - El Carbon® in a coffeeshop.

Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to customers. You will be reporting to the Sous Chef or Head Chef and will work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen staff to maintain a high level of food quality, consistency, and presentation.

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)

• Preparing and cooking food to the highest standards in a timely manner.
• Overseeing and training Chef, Cook and Assistant Chef
• Ensuring that all food is cooked and presented to the required standard and specifications.
• Monitoring food wastage and implementing strategies to reduce waste.
• Contributing to the creation of new menu items and specials.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
• Ordering and managing the stock levels of the kitchen.
• Ensuring that all food is stored correctly, with proper labeling and rotation procedures.
• Assisting Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef or Head Chef with any other tasks as required.

The Stall Assistant , takes customer orders and answers questions on food items. In addition to making food recommendations, and counter serving food and beverages to customers.

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)

· Ensure proper sanitization of food preparation areas following SOPs

· Assist the Cook with ingredients preparation

· Prepare and pack various uncooked food materials

· Clean food preparation equipment thoroughly

· Handle kitchen equipment properly

· Dispose of garbage and maintain the disposal area

· Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Execute online/offline promotions, campaigns and activities; to develop, design and account for all marketing collaterals.
• Liaise with landlords and external vendors, including media and influencers, for marketing through selected publicity channels and follow through on execution.
• Manage the deliverables required within the brand –from POS setup, E-commerce, Menu setup, etc.
• Track and follow up closely on market campaigns.
• Manage the social media accounts and community management channels, including feedbacks and enquiries for all assigned brands.
• Prepare monthly EDMs and execute engagement campaigns and promotions for assigned brands.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on feedbacks and enquiries accordingly to the sources.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications
• Must have minimum 2 years of working experiences, preferably in an F&B industry.
