An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join an established Singapore-based organisation during a period of organisational growth and workforce transformation.

Reporting to senior leadership, this role will play a key part in strengthening people practices across the business, supporting employee engagement initiatives, talent attraction and retention strategies, compensation and benefits programmes, and broader HR operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen

• Approximately 7–12+ years of progressive HR experience

• Strong HR generalist background with exposure across both strategic and operational HR functions

• Experience managing compensation and benefits reviews, employee engagement programmes, and talent initiatives

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities

• Comfortable operating within established organisational environments

• Ability to manage change initiatives in a practical and commercially sensitive manner

• Category Management
  • Provides cross-functional team leadership within assigned category(ies); leads cross-functional category team meetings
• Collaborates with manager and cross-functional peers to create long-term supplier strategies and roadmaps. Engages with internal stakeholders to develop and influence category strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives.
• Co-leads direct procurement supplier selection process with collaboration from Supplier Engineering and guidance from manager.  The Recruiter is a critical driver of Intuitive continued growth and success in the medical
robotics field. The Recruiter will partner closely with leadership teams and HR to drive
successful hiring processes for current and future job openings for the company. This
person is responsible for sourcing and end to end recruiting for a variety of positions, that
includes senior and executive positions across APAC Region.

Essential Job Duties
 This position reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition APAC and will be dedicated to
recruiting for a variety of current and future openings in the Malaysia Market, that includes
Manufacturing, Corporate, Operations, including Senior/Executive Level Positions. You will
work with business executives, leaders, hiring managers, sourcing recruiters, finance, & HR
Partners to meet hiring plans. The Recruiter is a critical driver of Intuitive’s continued growth
and success in the medical robotics field.
 Work as a talent advisor with hiring managers regarding the recruiting process.
 Partner with hiring manager to understand key requirements and develop strategies in
partnership with the sourcing team to enable strong candidate flow.
 Develop and implement sources for applicants using networking, internet sourcing,
employee referral programs, job fairs, trade fairs, associations, etc.
 Identify passive job seekers using a full range of recruitment search tactics.
 Proactively Source and Screen candidates for position and company fit.
 Drive timely execution of direct sourcing and screening process.

As a member of the Global Operations HR team, this HR leader will serve as the primary HR partner to a greenfield manufacturing site, providing hands‑on, human‑capital leadership that enables safe, compliant, and scalable operations from start‑up through steady state. Intuitive is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Clinical Marketing, who will partner with a team of clinical marketing professionals across the Asia Region and lead the development of marketing capabilities that support the clinical audience (surgeons and care teams) journey through awareness, conversion, adoption, and sustainability. 

This individual will act as a trusted strategic advisor in the marketing of a predefined set of specialties and procedures.  They will partner closely with a team of Market-based clinical marketers in Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, and India.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a strategic analysis of Regional clinical opportunities and readiness. Establish alignment with key internal stakeholders on the Regional clinical marketing roadmap and tactical plans.

• Act as a strategic and execution leader in coordinating clinical audience-related marketing initiatives with Market-level clinical audience marketing teams.
