Main Role & Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operational Support
- Assist in daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure goods are properly stored, labelled and arranged according to FIFO practice.
- Support the loading and unloading of deliveries when required.
- Tally on final packed cargoes for accuracy prior to release.
2. Inventory Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records in system
- Assist in stock taking and investigate stock discrepancies.
3. Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Liaise with drivers on delivery schedules and urgent orders.
- Track delivery status and follow up on any delays or shortages.
4. Workplace Safety & Compliance
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safe working environment.
- Adhere to company SOP and safety requirements.
- Report any operational or safety issues to the management.
5. Ad-hoc Operational Duties
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
