Responsibilities:
• Source and attract candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate tracking reports on the recruitment progress, including the status of candidates at different stages of the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding processes and necessary paperwork for successful candidates.
• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and objectives.
• Participate in internal recruitment events and campaigns as needed.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
