Job Description
Assist the Senior Architect in his/her duties
Collaborate with the design team to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design development documents
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details using REVIT
Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and relevant building codes
Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand project goals and requirements
Prepare and update tender documentation and construction drawings
Attend site visits and resolve site-related architectural issues
Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary statutory approvals
Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, technologies, and architectural best practices
Engage in ongoing professional development and support the pursuit of architectural licensure
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Prepare Feasibility Studies/ EOI/ Architectural Competitions as and when required
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience
Experience in government projects preferred
Profiient in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
