Hivebotics is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to support the company’s commercial growth, sales lead management, marketing communications, product marketing, and brand development across key markets.
The role will work closely with the CEO, CSO, CPO, and sales team to manage incoming sales leads, develop marketing assets, strengthen Hivebotics’ market positioning, and support strategic engagement with government bodies, industry associations, partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Lead Management
- Manage incoming sales leads, including initial responses and routing leads to the relevant sales team members.
- Track and maintain the sales lead pipeline.
- Prepare monthly sales analytics reports for management review.
- Work with the CEO and CSO to develop lead generation strategies across key markets.
- Support follow-up coordination with prospects, partners, and internal sales stakeholders.
Marketing Communications
- Develop and manage Hivebotics’ social media strategy, including content planning, execution, and KPI tracking.
- Plan, develop, and manage marketing assets, including white papers, videos, case studies, brochures, product use cases, and sales collateral.
- Maintain and update Hivebotics’ website content.
- Ensure consistency of Hivebotics’ brand messaging and visual identity across markets.
- Identify and coordinate with external agencies or vendors where required and approved.
- Develop and maintain public relations guidelines and communication standards.
- Track and report media coverage involving Hivebotics.
Product Marketing
- Develop product and sales enablement materials, including brochures, pitch decks, product sheets, and related collateral.
- Conduct competitor, industry, and market analysis.
- Work with the CPO and product team to support product positioning, messaging, customer feedback, and go-to-market planning.
Strategic and Operational Support
- Manage assigned marketing budgets.
- Co-lead Hivebotics’ ESG-related initiatives.
- Support the CEO and CSO in engagement with government bodies, industry associations, partners, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Support other sales, marketing, and commercial initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in sales support, marketing communications, product marketing, business development, or commercial operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage social media, marketing content, website updates, and sales collateral.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage leads, reports, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Able to work cross-functionally with sales, product, leadership, and external partners.
- Experience in technology, robotics, automation, AI, hardware, B2B, or industrial solutions would be an advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, marketing analytics, content planning, or agency management would be an advantage.
