Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls to resolve inquiries or promptly refer to the appropriate department for action, welcome clients/guests at our office premise, monitor visitor access and security, and responsible for mails/postal and delivery matters
Responsible for ensuring the office tidiness/cleanliness, procurement of office/pantry supplies and timely replacements/maintenance of the printers/copiers, management of the office facilities and telco matters
Support all office events and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Provide Administrative Support to Technical team
Data input and relevant documentation coordination and filing
Prepare regular Vessel Inspection Reports and presentation materials
Make travel and vessel inspection arrangements
Follow up on Invoices for submission to Accounts Department and reimbursement claims for superintendents
Qualifications and skills
2 years secretarial and office administration experience
Events/facilities management experience is preferred
Maritime industry experience is preferred
Degree holder/ Diploma holder with few years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft office (specifically in powerpoint and excel) and outlook 365
