• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents
• Assist with bookkeeping and data entry for multiple entities
• Require in understanding General Ledger, Expenses and Generating Reports
• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly sales reports for multiple outlets
• Update and monitor cash flow records
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operation
• Provide ad-hoc support to the team as assigned

Who are we looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information.

• Willingness to learn and take initiative in tasks

• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months

Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounting)

Exotic Wheels is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team. This role will support daily finance operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain accurate and timely accounting records and documentation
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper recording of all transactions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Assist with audit processes and liaise with external parties
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the finance team

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience (full set experience preferred)
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
