Role Overview 

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Hunter who thrives on winning new business and closing complex, high-value deals. This role is fully focused on new logo acquisition — identifying opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving enterprise sales from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities 

• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients 

• Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution pitching, negotiation, and closing 

• Engage and influence C-level executives and senior decision-makers 

• Build, manage, and maintain a robust enterprise sales pipeline 

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue KPIs 

• Lead commercial negotiations and secure high-value, long-term contracts 

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM pipeline reporting 

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless post-sale onboarding and handover 

Requirements 

• Minimum 2–3 years of enterprise / B2B sales experience 

• Proven hunter mindset with a strong track record in new client acquisition 

• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures 

• Confident in cold outreach, prospecting, and handling objections 

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 

• Highly driven, resilient, and results-oriented 

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
