Job Description:

• Welcome visitors professionally and keep reception area clean and welcoming
• Answerphone calls and help walk-in visitors
• Keep records of phone calls and visitor information
• Handle paperwork, data entry, and letters to staff, students, parents, and suppliers
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Do filing, scanning, photocopying, and other office tasks
• Give out keys, stationery, and teaching materials to staff
• Help with school events and programmes
• Help students find lost items, get spare uniforms, or locate teachers and classrooms
• Contact parent on student related matters
• Keep records of lost and found items and spare uniforms
• Complete other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
• Minimum1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficient in MS Office would be an advantage

Job Description:

• Support the Discipline Team in managing students’ behaviour and maintaining school discipline on a daily basis
• Assist in conducting home visits and follow-up communications with parents alongside school personnel
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the in-house detention centre
• Patrol school premises to ensure a safe, orderly, and disciplined environment
• Participate in case management for at-risk students, including monitoring and support
• Conduct investigations on disciplinary cases and prepare detailed reports
• Carry out spot checks on students’ grooming and appearance standards
• Provide support during school events and activities to maintain discipline and order
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned
