Liaise with Architect, PE Engr and sub-contractor on day-to-day operations and technical issues
Ensure work done complies to requirements
Manage all workers on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations
To resolve all site problems arising from installation works
Ensure work adhere to the schedule
Manage and supervise site team on the day to day operation of the construction site.
Provide technical and installation support.
Administrative work such as weekly report is required.
Produce detail drawings and specifications for construction.With great ideas, innovative and extensive design skills.Understand the construction proce.....
Produce detail drawings and specifications for construction.
With great ideas, innovative and extensive design skills.
Understand the construction process and prioritize the procedures at various stages.
Able to work out Bill of Quantities and quotation.
Able to speak fluently and email in both English and Chinese.
At least 5 years of experience working in Singapore.
