Support the administration and coordination of training activities, including course
registration, scheduling, logistics and maintenance of training records.
Manage training grants and programmes, including application submission, documentation and payment processing.
Liaise with department coordinators and staff on training nominations and requests and assist in monitoring training budgets and attendance.
Register mandatory courses (e.g. CSOC, bizSAFE) and track completion status.
Assist with CoreTrade renewal for worker and supervisor levels.
Provide administrative support for training and development initiatives, including identifying suitable courses based on approved training requests.
Assist in processing and coordinating Work Pass renewals (via MOM WPOL) for foreign workers, including document preparation and submission support.
Support receptionist/front desk duties when required, including handling calls, visitors and basic office coordination.
Qualification Requirements
ITE certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with HRIS (e.g. Whyze) will be an advantage.
Good coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Update and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure 3D BIM models are accurate and compliant with project requirements.
Review and validate shop drawings and BIM models prior to submission to authorities and for construction.
Liaise with contractors to ensure smooth BIM implementation and project coordination.
Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are properly adhered to.
Keeping up with project progress and ensure timely submission of drawings and BIM deliverables.
Provide support to other BIM Modellers and drafters, keeping team work and developing cohesiveness within team.

Qualification Requirements
Candidate possesses at least a Diploma or Degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Engineering, or related discipline recognized by BCA or relevant institution.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant BIM experience.
Preferred Skills
Strong proficiency in Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Experience in BIM modelling and project coordination meetings.
Good communication skills.
Able to work independently and interest in MEP multiple disciplines.

Manage day to day operations of the accounts department.
Manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash / cheque / GIRO in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts.
Maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analysing accounting data and prepare financial reports.
