Job Description:

• Accounting and book-keeping tasks;
• Assist the Finance & Admin team to see to proper month-end closing and reporting;
• Manage bill postings and credit control activities in a timely fashion;
• Conducting all necessary searches, stamping and other administrative work;
• Uploading of client & case details into File Management System;
• Opening, locating and archiving of files;
• Prepare reports and accounting of daily file count, monthly referral reports and monthly staff sales;
• Assist in data analysis.

Requirements:

• MS Office skills - proficient in MS Excel & Word a must;
• Knowledge of Tessaract Practice Management System is an advantage;
• Must have good interpersonal, strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Must have initiative and adaptable to changes;
• A proactive person with positive attitude;
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team;
• Able to work independently and have strong attention to details;
• Experience in a law firm would be an advantage;
• Immediate availability or can start work within short notice period is an advantage;
