Key Responsibilities

Growth & Commercial Leadership

• Lead all marketing and growth functions, including performance marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, partnerships, and product-led growth.

This role will be responsible for improving existing technologies for producing chocolate and/or cocoa products for the Barry Callebaut group. The Process Engineer will be accountable for certain process performance and process capability topics within the plant. Within this role, you will support manufacturing operations teams with building and maintaining process and people capabilities, implement projects and collaborate with the Global Process Excellence and CI & TS counterparts.

This role also supports the evaluation, recommendation and the implementation of new process development technologies that optimize performance, are cost effective and will improve product quality and manufacturing techniques. This role act as a main knowledge and reference resource for the plant, the engineering team and other cross-functional departments in the chocolate-making process, from bean to bar. You may specialize or focus on a specific chocolate or cocoa process step in larger factories, such as liquid chocolate, powder, etc.

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

• Develop industrially robust solutions for existing technologies and demonstrate the economic value of new production technologies, considering factors like operability, safety, food safety, morale, energy, throughput, and waste reduction.

The Sanitation Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the food manufacturing facility, including production areas, equipment and surrounding environments. This role ensures compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements and company policies while striving to improve operational efficiency and maintaining a safe, hygienic and productive environment. The Sanitation Lead plays a key role in preventing contamination and ensuring the facility meets all federal, state and local health and safety guidelines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

• Sanitation Program Management: Develop, implement and oversee sanitation programs and cleaning schedules for all areas of the facility, including production, packaging, storage and common areas.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs) and food safety protocols, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Company’s finance and accounting duties, lead the finance team and manage the full set of accounts, ensuring timely monthly profit and loss reporting.
