Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform 3D/CNC programming & setting of Milling machines.
Familiar with Fanuc Control System.
Knowledge in machine tools, speed, feeds & insert technology.
Must have good knowledge on CNC manufacturing process, setting/programming/operating.
Verifying conformance of finished parts to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools.
Others ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in operating CNC Mills & setting up.
Able to read engineering drawing
Good knowledge in milling tooling and machine process.
More than 3-5 years in relevant experience in related field.

Responsibilities
Apply knowledge in CNC milling to operate machinery effectively
Plan and set up tooling to prepare CNC machines for production runs
Complete production of workpieces according to specifications
Conduct final inspections on produced workpieces to ensure quality standards
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC machinist
ITE or NITEC or equivalent required.
To be able to read technical drawing
Able to work independently.
comfortable with repetitive tasks
Other Information
Basic Salary: $2300-$2800, depending on experience
