Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive our online business across multiple markets and platforms.
This role will initially focus on building and scaling our presence on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop in Southeast Asia, and progressively expand to support global e-commerce platforms and markets as the business grows.
The role may also take ownership of Amazon Singapore, while collaborating with other team members on broader Amazon operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management & Growth
- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Amazon Singapore
- Drive sales growth through campaigns, promotions, and platform tools
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.)
2. Multi-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies starting with Southeast Asia and expanding to global markets
- Identify opportunities across platforms, regions, and product categories
- Support the rollout of new markets and channels
3. Campaign & Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute major campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) across platforms
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive traffic and brand awareness
- Optimize on-platform ads and performance campaigns
4. Operations & Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams
- Manage inventory planning and fulfillment efficiency
- Ensure strong customer experience across all platforms
5. Data & Performance Management
- Track and analyze performance across multiple platforms and markets
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Support P&L management for assigned channels
6. Global Expansion
- Gradually expand responsibilities to include other global platforms (e.g., Middle East, Europe etc .)
- Build scalable processes for multi-platform and multi-region operations
- Support the company’s international growth strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of e-commerce experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopee and Lazada (must-have)
- Experience with TikTok Shop and/or multi-platform operations is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Amazon operations is preferred
- Strong understanding of both Southeast Asia and global e-commerce landscapes
- Proven track record in driving online sales growth
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
