BESIX Watpac are seeking an experienced Project Assistant to join our Qld construction team. Working in a large collaborative project team, the key responsibilities of this position include:
Administration support to the Contract Administration and site team.
Assisting in organisation, catering and general preparation for site meetings and events.
Attending to reception/calls and managing site attendees and visitor access.
Assisting with document control.
Preparing reports as required.
Managing stationery and office supplies.
Processing of dockets, invoices and purchase orders.
