Responsibilities:
· Support the coordination and governance of the Unified Helpdesk (UHD) transformation programme, including scheduling, action tracking, and follow-up across workstreams
· Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, capture minutes, and maintain an up-to-date action log and risk register
· Coordinate inputs from regional teams across APAC, EMEA, AMER, and China, and consolidate programme updates for senior stakeholders
· Draft communications, status reports, and presentation materials for steering committees and leadership reviews
· Maintain organised and version-controlled programme documentation including the project plan, RAID log, and milestone tracker
· Support the preparation of process guides, SOPs, and internal communications related to the UHD transition
· Create reports on programme activities, progress, and KPIs in collaboration with workstream leads and stakeholders
· Liaise with the managed service provider (TCS) and internal teams to ensure timely responses to open items and programme deliverables
Requirements:
- A graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or equivalent
- Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite, in particular Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage structured information across multiple workstreams
- A clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment
- A cooperative and committed team player who takes initiative and follows through
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (ITIL, PMI, or similar) is a plus but not required
