The Role

We're looking for a Senior RPA Engineer to own the design, build, and ongoing operation of our data collection and scraping automations. You'll be building against a wide range of sources — government registries, regulatory databases, and public records across multiple Asian jurisdictions — and maintaining a reliable pipeline of structured compliance data that feeds directly into our products.

This is a hands-on senior role. You'll be expected to architect robust, maintainable automation solutions, navigate the challenges of scraping dynamic and anti-bot-protected sources, and evolve our tooling as our data coverage expands.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable RPA and web scraping automations targeting government registries, regulatory portals, and public data sources across APAC jurisdictions.

• Maintain and improve existing automation pipelines — monitoring for failures, adapting to source changes, and improving reliability over time.

• Evaluate and select the right tooling for each automation use case — balancing development speed, resilience, and maintainability.

• Integrate collected data into downstream systems via APIs, databases, or messaging queues.

• Handle anti-scraping challenges including CAPTCHAs, dynamic rendering, session management, and rate limiting.

• Collaborate with PMs and backend engineers to understand data requirements and translate them into robust automation specs.

• Establish best practices for automation development, monitoring, error handling, and documentation.

• Mentor junior team members on RPA development patterns and tooling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development or web scraping engineering, with real production projects to show for it

• Proficient in Node.js — solid understanding of async patterns (async/await, Event Loop) and experience building long-running services

• Comfortable with TypeScript — able to write well-typed, maintainable code

• Practical experience with Puppeteer or Playwright — login flows, data extraction, page interaction, and cookie management

• Familiar with HTML / DOM structure — able to inspect pages via DevTools and extract target data reliably

• Solid understanding of HTTP fundamentals — headers, cookies, and session handling

• Experience with anti-bot techniques — User-Agent configuration, cookie handling, and basic captcha integration

• Able to independently build and maintain scraping scripts — handle common failures such as timeouts, DOM changes, and session expiry

• Strong debugging skills — able to read error logs, trace failures, and resolve issues quickly

• Comfortable with Docker — able to write, configure, and troubleshoot Dockerfiles and containers independently

Nice to have:

• Experience scraping public data across Asia

• Experience with proxy management or IP rotation

• Background in scraping public datasets — business information, product data, or similar

• Exposure to KYC / KYB / UBO or other compliance and regtech data domains

The Role

We're looking for a mid-level QA Engineer to own quality across our backend services and frontend portal. You'll work across the full testing spectrum — from manual exploratory testing to building automated test suites — with a particular focus on API/integration testing and performance validation.

Our stack is Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Vue 3/Nuxt on the frontend. You'll be embedded in the delivery team, working closely with engineers and PMs to catch issues early and ship with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites covering API, integration, and end-to-end flows.
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing for new features, regression cycles, and edge cases.
• Write and maintain API test cases across REST endpoints — validating request/response payloads, error codes, and integration behaviour with third-party data providers.
• Design and execute performance and load tests; identify bottlenecks and work with engineering to resolve them.
• Collaborate with PMs to understand requirements and contribute to acceptance criteria and test plans early in the development cycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects clearly; follow through to resolution.
• Maintain and improve test infrastructure, tooling, and documentation over time.
• Contribute to a quality-first culture — advocating for testability in product and system design.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of QA experience in a SaaS, fintech, or technology product environment.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
• Solid API testing skills — comfortable with tools such as Postman or RestAssured; able to read and validate REST/JSON responses independently.
• Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, k6, or similar).
• Familiarity with Java or JavaScript/TypeScript sufficient to read and contribute to test code.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated tests integrate into the delivery process.
• Strong analytical mindset — able to identify edge cases, reproduce issues reliably, and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience working in Linux environments, with the ability to perform debugging, log analysis, and basic system-level troubleshooting.
• Solid experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL (including AWS-managed databases), and/or MongoDB, with the ability to write queries for data validation, debugging, and test setup.
• Proficiency in using tools like Jira for defect tracking, test management, and participation in Agile workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, well-structured, and maintainable documentation, including test cases, test plans, and technical notes.

We're looking for a technically-minded Associate Product Manager to support our product line leads across KYB, KYC, and UBO. This is a great fit for someone early in their PM career who is comfortable working close to the technical layer — writing API specs, supporting client integrations, and using data to investigate and validate product behaviour.

You'll report to and work closely with the CPTO, with real ownership over your work from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support product line managers with business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution scoping.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, API docs, wireframes, and PRDs.
• Support API development cycles — reviewing, documenting, and improving API behaviour and edge cases.

We are looking for a Campaigns Manager to be the single owner of AsiaVerify’s Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programme, with end‑to‑end responsibility for strategy, execution, and performance across paid ABM, email orchestration, and content‑led campaigns. 

This role sits above content production and channel execution, with accountability for campaign narrative, prioritisation, and measurable pipeline impact across priority target accounts. 

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in RegTech, FinTech, or complex B2B SaaS, and is comfortable turning regulatory and technical subject matter into commercially effective campaigns that support pipeline creation and acceleration. 

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign ownership 

• Own the master campaigns calendar, acting as the single point of accountability for campaign prioritisation, sequencing, and timing across ABM, product launches, vertical plays, and regulatory moments. 

• Own AsiaVerify’s Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programme end‑to‑end, including target account selection support, campaign strategy, paid ABM, email orchestration, content sequencing, and performance measurement across priority accounts. 

• Own ABM channel execution across paid media (LinkedIn, retargeting, account‑based ads) and email (ABM sequences, buying‑group coverage, and sales‑aligned nurture). 

• Own ABM email strategy, sequencing, and buying‑group coverage, ensuring alignment with Sales and SDR teams across outbound, nurture, and deal acceleration motions. 

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns (ABM, product launches, vertical plays, regulatory moments) across content, webinars, email, social, and paid amplification 

• Own the campaign narrative, asset planning, sequencing, and the master campaigns calendar, acting as the single point of accountability for what runs, when, and why.

• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns support outbound, ABM, and deal progression 

• Work with CS to understand key use cases and triggers for content brainstorming and activation 

• Partner with Marketing Operations / RevOps on tracking, attribution, and reporting — owning campaign inputs and decisions, while Ops owns systems, data integrity, and performance reporting. 

Performance & optimisation 

• Define and track campaign success metrics beyond engagement 

• Optimise content and campaigns based on performance data and sales feedback 

• Ensure marketing output supports revenue outcomes, not ad‑hoc requests 

Job Requirements 

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B content and campaign marketing, with direct RegTech, FinTech, or financial services experience 

• Proven ownership of integrated campaigns, not just content production 

• Demonstrated ability to simplify regulatory or technical subject matter into commercial messaging 

• Proven experience with Hubspot and Wordpress 

• Experience managing and developing junior marketers 

• Strong collaboration experience with Product, CS, Sales, SDR, and demand generation teams
