We are a SME company. Looking for experience M&E Technical/Engineer/Supervisor to oversee our upcoming new project.
Job Description:
Lead a team of technicians to handle service requests
Coordinate with business units to perform ad hoc/scheduled maintenance
Supervise all maintenance work
Track all maintenance activities and prepare maintenance reports
Investigate and analyse fault
Attend meeting with client, generate weekly/monthly report
Oversees and inspects the work performed by external vendor
Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time & materials needed to complete repair
Ordering of necessary materials & supplies to complete all tasks & maintaining the store inventory
Assist in any other routine facilities maintenance related assignments
Collate Overtime and Transport record from technicians and submit to HQ after signatures from OPM.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Higher NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent
Candidates with experience could be considered for a Supervisory role

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and manage working relationships with clients and all related parties
Manage and implement overall project
Coordinate with Project Manager on project matters
Supervise and provide advice to junior Project Engineer(s)
Check working drawing, identify discrepancies for resolution
Keeping track on variation and claims of contract
Perform project cost review on a regular basis and on identified areas
Plan and manage project schedule to ensure timely delivery
Perform incoming inspection on project materials delivered on site by suppliers or vendors
Site coordination with subcontractors, supervisors and clients
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board) or relevant certificate
Relevant experience in infrastructure projects such as roads and railways is preferred.
Possess skills, knowledge and ability to supervise and manage project effectively
Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills
