About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, new-business-focused Territory Account Manager based in Sydney, Australia responsible for driving and growing sales across a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Commercial accounts within the territory.

This role requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong sales leadership capability and a proven ability to consistently grow revenue quarter over quarter while building a sustainable pipeline for future growth. In addition to developing direct customer relationships, the successful candidate will build trusted partnerships with VARs, channel partners, and a broader ecosystem of technology and business partners across Sydney.

The ideal candidate will proactively identify and qualify major IT investment opportunities within target organisations and create strategic engagement plans that generate pipeline opportunities across the full portfolio of solutions. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to translate customer priorities into differentiated business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Territory & Business Development

• Develop and execute a territory plan to exceed sales targets and expand market presence across Sydney.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within Enterprise and Commercial accounts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.

Customer Engagement

• Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand customer business challenges relating to hybrid cloud, data centre transformation, networking modernisation, and legacy IT environments.
• Engage with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders to present compelling business and technical value propositions.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, presentations, and strategic account discussions.

Solution Selling & Collaboration

• Partner closely with Systems Engineering teams to position and design best-in-class solutions that reduce total cost of ownership and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute account strategies and drive successful customer engagements.

Channel & Ecosystem Development

• Build and manage strategic relationships with channel partners, VARs, distributors, and technology alliance partners throughout the territory.
• Drive joint pipeline development and co-selling initiatives with partners.
• Develop and expand the broader technology ecosystem to increase market reach and opportunity creation.

Demand Generation & Market Presence

• Execute territory-based demand generation initiatives including customer events, executive briefings, lunch-and-learns, technology forums, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams on campaigns, market awareness activities, and lead-generation programs.
• Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and networking events.

Industry & Market Knowledge

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, cloud networking technologies, virtualisation, SDN, and enterprise infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a driven, high-impact Major Account Manager to lead our expansion in Western and South Australia. This territory is unique, requiring a leader who can navigate the Industrial Powerhouse of WA/SA (Mining, Oil & Gas, and Utilities) and the Strategic Growth of SA (Defence, Space, and Government).

Job Responsibilities

• Territory Mastery: Exceed measurable sales objectives and extend the Arista brand across a named list of major accounts in WA and SA, focusing on both market expansion and "white space" acquisition.

• Consultative Value: Address the business needs of Hybrid Cloud, Remote Operations (Edge), and Industrial AI across the Arista portfolio, including:

  • Software-Driven Cloud Networking & EOS

  • Cognitive Campus (Wired and Wireless)

The Arista Professional Services Engineer role helps customers choose

the architecture for the business outcome. They also lead a team of PS

through the deployment lifecycle and oversee the different phases of t

project starting with design all the way through implementation,

migration and enabling operational capabilities. This ensures a seamles

transition for customers from initial exposure to being able to operate

and realize tangible business outcomes from their network

infrastructure.

The Arista PS Engineer also leverages the collective knowledge of the

wider Arista Professional Services practice and has direct access to Aris

Engineering teams. The Professional Services Engineer will be able to

bring in processes, procedures and technical artifacts that help Arista

Customers to design and deploy new infrastructure successfully, with

proven methodologies to migrate from legacy vendors.

Key Responsibilities

· Accountable for architectural guidance and engineering direction

across the solution.

· Consult on design related aspects to delivery, test and migration.

We are seeking a Campus & WiFi-focused Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) to join our Customer Engineering team. This is a high-impact, technical role where you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise customers deploying Arista's campus switching and wireless LAN solutions.

At Arista, we do things differently. There are no scripts to follow and no "Tier 1" to hide behind. You will operate in a non-siloed environment with direct access to the software and hardware engineering teams that build the products. You will own complex technical cases end-to-end, helping customers realize the full value of Arista EOS, CloudVision, and CV-CUE (CloudVision Cognitive Unified Edge).
 

What You'll Do 

• Act as the subject-matter expert for Arista EOS-based campus switching (CCS-710, 720, 750 series) and WiFi 5/6/6E/7 access-point platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Layer 2/3 campus network issues covering VLANs, STP/RSTP/MST, LACP, LLDP, QoS, and multicast.

• Support customers deploying and operating CV-CUE (CloudVision Cognitive Unified Edge) and Arista WiFi, including RF planning, channel management, roaming, and client connectivity.

• Diagnose wireless issues: RF interference, 802.11 association/authentication failures, WPA3/802.1X/RADIUS, roaming (802.11r/k/v), and throughput degradation.

• Assist with WLAN controller-less architecture questions, AP onboarding, tunnel configurations, and Arista's CloudVision-driven zero-touch provisioning for campus.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner, setting clear expectations and driving to root-cause resolution.

• Conduct live troubleshooting sessions, packet captures, and log analysis with customers and their network teams.

• Reproduce customer issues in the TSE's dedicated lab environment to validate bug reports and workarounds.

• Work with software engineering to open, track, and validate bug fixes, providing clear reproduction steps and packet-level evidence.
