Job Summary

You will manage procurement activities by sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, analyzing data to solve purchasing challenges, preparing purchase orders, estimating material needs, and monitoring inventory to ensure timely availability.

Responsibilities

• Locate and evaluate sources of supply to secure competitive prices for purchasing
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best bids and terms for materials
• Analyze procurement information and evaluate results to select optimal purchasing solutions and resolve issues
• Prepare, review, and process requisitions and purchase orders accurately and timely
• Estimate material quantities to forecast present and future availability needs
• Monitor inventory movement and initiate material orders to maintain adequate stock levels
• Work independently to organize procurement tasks and communicate effectively to achieve purchasing goals
• Apply initiative and critical thinking to improve procurement processes and outcomes
• Adapt to changes and new responsibilities with flexibility and diligence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably within manufacturing or trading industries
• Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through supplier interactions
• Effective organizational and communication skills to manage procurement workflows

Job Summary

This role involves managing renovation projects from concept to execution, providing advisory services on space planning and interior design, handling sales acquisition, and ensuring timely project completion with excellent client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on space planning, custom carpentry, and interior design to meet client needs
• Acquire sales for renovation projects using qualified leads to grow business opportunities
• Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements to support sales conversion
• Manage renovation projects through site supervision and coordination to ensure quality and progress
• Schedule workflows to guarantee timely project completion and client move-in readiness
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits during renovation periods to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Respond professionally and promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp and phone to maintain strong client relationships
• Manage and support business clients such as architects, interior designers, and contractors to foster partnerships
• Actively generate and convert new leads into projects to support sales growth and operational efficiency
• Provide attentive client support to improve overall client satisfaction and ease sales team workload

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors
