Job Summary

Join Anritsu as a Sales Engineer/Account Manager in Singapore, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through technical sales expertise and strategic account management in the test and measurement industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish sales objectives aligned with company policies and strategic goals to drive business growth
• Manage and expand the existing customer base while identifying and penetrating new customer accounts to increase market share
• Prepare and deliver technical solution proposals and accurate quotations tailored to customer needs
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and programs to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
• Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to coordinate customer engagement and technical support
• Participate in induction and training programs at global headquarters and development centers to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering
• Relevant sales experience in the Test and Measurement industry preferred
• Technical knowledge in RF/Microwave Communications, Silicon Photonics, Wireless Communications (5G, LTE, BT, WLAN), or IP/Ethernet/Datacom considered an asset
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a results-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Team player with a strong drive to achieve sales objectives
• Car ownership is advantageous

Other Information

• This role is based in Singapore
• Part of the induction program includes training at Anritsu’s HQ in Tokyo, Japan, and RF development center in Morgan Hill, California, USA

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Engineer to support our growing operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as structured training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate test and measurement equipment
• Provide technical support to customers and channel partners
• Perform on-site service and calibration (including overseas assignments when required)
• Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes
• Support inventory management and procurement of spare parts
• Perform calibration in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of RF, wireless communications, or electronics is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with test equipment is a plus (not required)
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel occasionally
