Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics, icons, videos, animations, 3D models, and interactive content to explain ideas clearly.
• Create easy-to-use designs for websites, mobile apps, and other interactive platforms, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Produce 2D and 3D animations for use in web, video, and interactive projects.
• Build and manage custom websites (mainly using WordPress) with clean, responsive, and high-performing code.
• Maintain and update the company website, including design, backend development, and integration of tools like CRM and analytics.
• Improve website user journeys and conversion by applying UX/UI best practices and making data-driven updates.
• Set up and optimize multimedia plugins for features such as product builders, media uploads, or live previews.
• Make sure all digital content and websites work well on different devices and platforms.
• Work with different teams to ensure multimedia and web work matches project goals and brand strategy.
• Support creative and technical projects such as marketing materials, photography, video, and interactive demos.
• Join in brainstorming and planning for new features, digital, or physical campaigns.
• Coordinate with external developers or vendors as required.

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Animation, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in gaming, multimedia design, or full-stack web development.
• Portfolio showing 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and interactive media projects.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D software (like Cinema4D) and understanding of techniques like masking, tracking, lighting, and modeling.
• Proven experience in building and managing custom websites, ideally with WordPress.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, backend systems, and plugins.
• Good understanding of UX/UI, web accessibility, and ways to improve website conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user and business needs, and develop, maintain, and improve in-house applications and scripts to meet those needs.
• Develop application software or scripts whenever required.
• Support the company on technical matters related to software development, when needed.
• Conduct code reviews and perform testing.
• Prepare documents such as design specifications and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documents and take part in reviews.
• Design, optimize, and develop custom software solutions or scripts to add new functions required by the business.
• Deliver projects by installing them on the company’s hosting servers or the client’s hosting environment.
• Develop custom applications using .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, Microsoft Visual Studio, and relational database management systems.

• Experience building enterprise-level systems, with strong programming, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiar with Agile, unit testing tools (preferably NUnit or xUnit), and writing technical specifications.
• Strong in object-oriented programming, Entity Framework, and SQL database design, development, and maintenance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), CI/CD, web service APIs, and front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• An advantage to have experience in React.js/Node.js/Vue.js, Docker/Kubernetes, PowerShell (or similar scripting), SharePoint (Server/Online), CMS platforms (Sitefinity/Directus), and low-code platforms (Power Platform/OutSystems).
