Required Skills and Experience

Core skills (Required)

·       Diploma / Degree in Infocom Technology or equivalent

·       Demonstrable experience in Application Support in a related field

·      7+ years of Software Engineering experience

·      3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or a SoftwareManager, with a proven track record of mentoringand coaching engineering teams acrossmultiple functions (Frontend, Backend, QA, etc.)

·      Proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.

·      Solid experience in designing and architecting systems

·      Experience building and scaling systems in production

·      Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

·       Hands-on experience across the full SDLC, ideally across multiple projects or products

·      Experience developing Windows-based applications and working with the Windows operating system

·      Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

·      Strong understanding of secure software development practices and modern DevOps methodologies

• Strong skills in Oracle/MS-SQL/MySQL database administration supporting large database environments.

• Good database performance tuning, troubleshooting skills and locating bottlenecks at both server and database level.

Skills and Qualification:

• Min 2 years of experience working as production database administration supporting Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL databases. Good skills in unix shell scripting and Oracle PL/SQL programming.

Desired skills:

Oracle certification - OCP on Oracle 11g/12c/18c/19c preferred.
