ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRM Executive to support the execution and performance of CRM campaigns across Accor Plus. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality campaign operations, launching market-specific customer journeys—with a particular focus on the UAE market. 

Execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels

• Activate campaigns across different markets and customer segments

• Manage day-to-day campaign setup, testing, and monitoring

Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager – India

 Reporting To: Vice President Operations – Asia Pacific
Location: Gurugram, India.

Role Overview

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales, revenue growth, and customer engagement across partner hotels in India. This role focuses on on-ground sales execution, relationship building with hotel teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences that convert into membership sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Drive sales of membership programs (e.g., ALL Plus / Explorer)

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maximize conversion rates through effective guest interactions

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within hotel environments
   

2. Guest Engagement & Conversion

• Engage directly with hotel guests to present membership benefits

Job Description

• Oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function effectively
• Assist in Hotel set up during pre-opening phases

To act as a specialist in the deployment, optimization, and continuous evolution of Accor’s integrated IT solutions across hotel ecosystems. The role bridges technical depth with business insight, ensuring that digital solutions deliver measurable value to hotel operations and guest experience

• Integrated IT Solution Enablement: Lead the technical and functional enablement of Accor’s IT Offer (PMS, POS, CRM, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and local adaptability. Act as the technical lead for interface connectivity functions. Liaison between Distribution System Support, Regional IT and Central (Paris).
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze system performance across the hotel network, identify optimization opportunities, and propose data-driven enhancements.
• Technology Advisory & Innovation: Advise hotel stakeholders on technology selection and integration strategies. Scout and assess emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation) for relevance and adoption.
• Cross-functional Training & Enablement: Design and support training programs that build transversal IT capabilities across hotel teams, beyond tool-specific usage.
• Continuous Evaluation & Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain a feedback loop with hotel teams to ensure IT solutions remain aligned with operational needs and industry trends.

• PMS Rollout: Act as leader for the deployment. Provide deep functional and technical insight to support the exécution of the rollout plan. Colaborate with internal teams (product, operationals, GMs) and external partners to ensure readiness, validate solution fit and troubleshooting deployment issues. Deliver structure feedaback to product teams on system performance, localizaton needs and user experience. Maintain and manage within the Region, the PMS environments to Accor business needs.
