Scope of Work
Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of complex work activities
Supervise and coordinate workers, including allocation of tasks and monitoring performance
Resolve operational and technical issues independently on-site
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company requirements
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination
Monitor progress and maintain necessary reports and documentation
Required to be available beyond standard working hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs
Requirements
Relevant supervisory experience in a related industry, with the ability to manage complex operations and workforce
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under demanding conditions
Able to work extended hours, including after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
Good leadership and communication skills
A degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
