• Provide admin support to the Engineering Department / Costing Department
• Perform updating of data to the accouting system
• Typing of Purchase Order / Quotation
• Filing of reports, forms and correspondences
• Attend to enquiries from externa parties
• Perform adhoc administrativ duties as and when assigned
• Min 'O' Level qualifications
• Preferably with 1-2 years working experience

Requirements:

· Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or related disciplines

· Strong attention to detail

· Good with numbers and has a methodical way of thinking

· Candidates with limited working experience are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate a willingness to learn and a positive working attitude

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation of costs for tenders and contracts

· Support the preparation of tender documents and pricing

· Produce Bills of Quantities detailing all M&E construction works required in accordance with design and tender specifications

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical engineering
• Minimum 2 to 5 years Electrical Installation experience in Greenfield projects.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
• Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules
• Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and installations works with sub-contractors as required
• Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project
• Liaise with customers/consultants/project managers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor project schedule
• Update As-Built Drawings
• Testing and Commissioning of the completed installations with Customers/Consultants/Sub-Contractors
• Co-ordinate with customers/consultants/project managers to handover completed project with O&M Manual.
