ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our new media and local media investment strategy. You will own end-to-end campaign planning and execution across emerging digital platforms and regional media outlets, working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute integrated media strategies spanning new media channels (social, short-form video, KOL/influencer) and local/traditional media (OOH, print, radio, regional digital).

• Own annual media budgets; negotiate and manage relationships with media agencies, publishers, and platform partners.

• Lead campaign briefing, trafficking, optimization, and post-campaign analysis with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

• Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms; identify opportunities to pilot and scale new media formats.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets are tailored to each channel's audience and format requirements.

• Report campaign performance to senior leadership with clear insights and strategic recommendations.

• Mentor and develop junior marketing team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or integrated marketing, with hands-on exposure to both digital and offline channels.

• Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and sizable media budgets.

• Deep understanding of new media ecosystems (social platforms, content marketing, influencer marketing).

• Experience with local/regional media buying and an appreciation for audience nuances across markets.

• Strong analytical skills; proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent).

• Able to work on weekend and public holiday.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in choosing the right rental vehicle
• Engage with walk-in customers, answer inquiries via phone or email, and convert inquiries into appointment bookings
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional product add-ons (ie. insurance/damage coverage)

Requirements

• Prior sales experience (retail/telemarketing)
• Able to commit at least 6 months

Other Information

• Location: Tampines
• Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am to 7pm (May be required for events or weekend shifts when needed)

• Salary: $13/hr + Base Commission + Performance Commission (depending on your performance)

Are you a sales professional with experience in commercial printing, packaging, labels, POSM, or print production solutions?

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through business development, networking, referrals, and client acquisition activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brand owners, marketing agencies, retailers, and procurement teams.
• Provide consultative printing and packaging solutions based on customers' branding, marketing, and operational requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to secure projects and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with production, pre-press, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across print, packaging, promotional materials, and related services.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the printing and packaging sector.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within commercial printing, packaging, POSM, signage, publishing, or related print manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, substrates, packaging materials, finishing techniques, and production workflows.
• Proven track record in business development, account management, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable engaging decision-makers across various industries.
