Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist Analyst is responsible for leading business requirements gathering and documentation, performing requirement and system analysis, design user-centered solutions that align to our standards and ensure intuitive, accessible, and seamless experiences for all users, performing testing, assisting in the quality assurance process, and managing user acceptance testing. Department / Role Overview:

The Vice President of Risk and Control for Operations plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the operational risk management framework within the organization's operations division. This position is responsible for ensuring robust governance structures are embedded throughout operational processes while supporting the broader risk management objectives of the firm. • Conduct KYC/CDD awareness sessions and stay updated on regulatory developments, financial crime typologies, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and support ongoing AML/KYC and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience within financial services, including at least 2 years of AML/KYC/CDD compliance experience.
• Strong experience handling high-risk and complex client structures, including corporate entities, Trusts, Funds, VCCs, Correspondent Banking, and SWIFT RMA reviews.
• Good understanding of MAS Notice 626, AML/CFT regulations, sanctions compliance, and FATCA/CRS requirements.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• ACAMS or ICA certification is advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform environmental control/enforcement support to the team.
• Identify any foreseeable risk of pollution arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Propose practical action to eliminate any foreseeable ill-health, prevention of pollution at workplace.
• Any other ad hoc duties required or assigned by Management that are relevant to the project.
