About the Role

This is a stable, weekday role with consistent working hours, suited for someone who values structure, responsibility, and long-term employment.

You will be working with food products and kitchen equipment, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and inventory is handled with care and organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to picking lists
• Handle, load, and unload goods (up to 25kg)
• Receive, check, and store incoming stock properly
• Conduct weekly and month-end inventory stock counts
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the warehouse
• Perform data entry and basic inventory tracking using Google Sheets
• Support general warehouse operations and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or packing roles
• Physically able to handle and move goods (up to 25kg)
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
• Able to accurately identify products based on labels and packaging
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working on tasks individually when required
• Responsible, reliable, and takes ownership of work
• Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in order fulfilment or delivery preparation is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and well-organised
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Warehouse Assistant (Computer literate)

5 days, 9am-6pm (in swing shift off, eg: Friday & Sat/ Sun & Mon), need to standby at night (call standby only, will have standby allowance)

• Preparing parts that customer send out everyday

Role: The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for managing and moving inventory across facilities. They will be responsible for sorting, organising and preparing inventory for delivery, as well as packing items correctly, and notifying management of any irregularities. Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming shipments according to company SOP, including checking, retrieving, unloading and organising items in the cold room and warehouse

• Maintaining required standards of cleanliness, organisation and housekeeping
• Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory
• Observing workplace safety practices, including wearing safety gear at all times and ensuring workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits and management reports
• Other related duties that may be agreed mutually from time to time

Job Requirements

• Secondary School Qualification
• 2 Year of relevant work experience / in the related field
• Logistics / Warehouse experience and Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge will be an advantage

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon–Fri 8.00am–5.00pm; Sat 8.00am–12.00pm)

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment (MHE) indoors and outdoors.
• Load, unload, stuff and unstuff cargo using forklift/MHE.
• Check and record incoming and outgoing cargo with handheld device and tally sheet.
• Store cargo in assigned areas or racks.
• Pick correct cargo as per picking list and check basic quality.
• Guide and train new Warehouse Assistants on the job.

About the job

Reporting to the Goods Flow Team Manager, you will be responsible for the goods flow process in eCommerce in IKEA Tampines; ensuring the most efficient, commercial and safe way possible to provide a good shopping experience for our customers.

Your assignment

• You will be responsible for the picking of articles in the warehouse and shop floor for online and store customers, ensuring there is no backlogs in order to meet the delivery schedules;

• You will perform inventory checks and ensure data integrity and the highest stocks availability for customers;
   
• You will adhere to quality, security and safety service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations;
   
• You need to ensure the warehouse is clean and safe for work for yourself and fellow co-workers by following our safety guidelines;
