Job Purpose

To provide accurate and timely data entry support for all store and inventory transactions related to Earth Retaining Systems (ERSS)materials, equipment, tools, and project resources, ensuring proper inventory control and record management.

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform daily data entry of stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments into the ERP/inventory management system.

About this role

The Procurement Engineer is responsible for leading and executing sourcing and procurement activities for complex process automation projects, combining engineering knowledge with commercial expertise. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of technically compliant materials, equipment, and services, aligned with project specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Coordination

• Align factory production schedules with company delivery requirements.

• Ensure that goods are shipped on time according to the agreed schedule.

• Communicate any production or shipping delays to relevant teams.
