Social Media Marketing Executive
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and brand positioning in the training and workforce development space.
This role focuses on creating engaging content, showcasing programmes and impact, and driving awareness and leads across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with training programmes, events, and campaigns
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and captions to highlight training impact, success stories, and industry insights
- Capture and produce content during training sessions, workshops, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit photos and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials
- Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and analytics to optimise content strategy
- Support brand awareness initiatives and lead generation through digital channels
- Stay updated on industry trends (training, workforce transformation, HR, L&D) and social media best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation
(experience in training, education, HR, or professional services is a plus) - Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social platforms for B2B marketing
- Basic photography and videography skills (comfortable capturing live training sessions/events)
- Proficient in content creation and editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar)
- Strong sense of storytelling, branding, and content positioning
- Good copywriting skills, especially for professional and corporate audiences
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- Interest in training, learning & development, and workforce transformation is an advantage
