Requirements

• Experience in various data analytics tools eg Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, SQL, etc
• 4+ years in data analytics, business Analysis and finance operations preferably in financial/Insurance industry in Singapore
• Familiarity with database, cloud, and various FP&A tools
• Degree in Finance/Statistics/Mathematics/Economic

Responsibilities:

• Deliver data centre operations support across multiple data centres

• Respond to all alarms/alerts set in Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), Server Automation Operations System (SAOS), CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and other functions (EHS, Security, etc),

• Provide deep understanding and intelligence of the criticality and impact of the incidents to the resolver groups.

• Ensure detailed records of alarm handling activities, including actions taken, resolutions in ticketing tools and file incident reports.

• Be available to coordinate as an incident commander in event of an issue.

• Support program managers and facilitate project deliverables, improve overall operational and engineering initiatives.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to determine recurring problems to their source.

• Employ in-depth questioning and analysis techniques such as five whys to determine the underlying cause of the incident or problem.

• Handle ticketing system

• Perform duties in compliance with SOP.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology.

• 2 years+ experience in command center, service center, or similar 24x7 operations center environment

• Ability to quickly triage multiple incidents and assign the right priority based on risk and confidence levels

• Knowledge of technical elements associated with systems such as IP Networks, DC Environment and Server Health.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required, work with minimal direction, meeting goals, attention to details and an eye for continuous improvements

• Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients, while functioning as a team player required.

• Basic working knowledge of data protection policies such as GDPR and the need to keep sensitive information secure.

We are partnering with a leading MNC to hire a Financial Analyst (Grants) to join their regional finance team based in Singapore. This role offers strong exposure across regional grant management, financial planning & analysis, and cross-border stakeholder engagement within a complex, matrix environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst (Grants), you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end financial management of grant-funded programmes across the region. You will partner closely with business, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, compliance, and optimisation of grant utilisation.

• Manage and monitor regional grant funding activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external grant requirements
• Track utilisation of grants and prepare accurate financial reporting for stakeholders and funding bodies
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across grant-related and operational expenditures
• Perform financial analysis to provide insights on grant performance, spend efficiency, and funding gaps
• Partner with regional stakeholders across finance, operations, and programme teams
• Assist in month-end closing activities and variance analysis related to grant funding
• Support audit queries and ensure proper documentation and controls are maintained

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or grants management
• Strong exposure to regional or multi-country finance environment is highly preferred
• Experience handling grants, government funding, or donor reporting is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical skills with solid Excel proficiency
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Establish and regularly review the AML and ABC framework, incorporating regulatory requirements, group standards, and risk considerations across customer, product, and geography
• Conduct annual enterprise-wide AML & ABC risk assessments in collaboration with senior leadership
• Perform quarterly quality assurance reviews on screening and transaction monitoring alerts
• Oversee the preparation of quarterly MI reporting for AML and ABC for risk committee meetings
• Manage annual high-risk customer reviews
• Actively identify and manage key AML & ABC controls, including screening, enhanced due diligence, transaction monitoring, and gifts & hospitality
• Advise senior management and business units on new products, processes, and initiatives to identify and mitigate financial crime risks
• Report and present findings to local management, group office, and the Board Audit Committee
• Manage regulatory engagement with MAS and enforcement agencies on AML matters
• File suspicious activity reports with the authorities and manage incoming queries on suspicious activity
• Deliver AML & ABC training to the Board of Directors, staff, and the agency force
• Promote a strong AML and ABC culture and awareness across the organisation
• Partner with business functions on AML matters, including documentation requirements for higher-risk customers
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to present complex information, recommendations, and risk mitigants in the areas of AML and ABC
