Job Summary

The Food Safety Manager is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's Food Safety Management System (FSMS) to ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, international food safety standards, and company policies. Qualifications

Requirements

·               Degree or Diplomain Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Operations/ Logistics or relatedfield.

·               Experiencemanaging cranes, lorries, machinery, fleet operations, and site manpower.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations Management

Team Leadership & Development

Supervise logistics coordinators, drivers, logistics assistants, and setup crews.

Prepare work schedules and manpower deployment plans.

Conduct staff training on operational procedures, customer service, food safety, and workplace safety.

Food Safety & Compliance

We're looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee the finance operations across 3 entities within our group, including a family office, fund company and mobile game studio.

This is a sole contributor role, ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing the full finance function independently in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Handle full-set accounting, including General Ledger (GL) management, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements across 3 entities.
• Manage payroll operations, including salary processing, CPF submissions, and payslips.
• Ensure timely submission of management reports and financial reporting deliverables.
• Handle tax-related matters, including GST, corporate income tax filing, and coordination with tax authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), local regulations, internal policies, and relevant accounting standards, including FRS 116 lease accounting where applicable.
• Manage accounting matters for assigned legal entities, including fair value assessment, net book value of investments, group reporting requirements, and MAS reporting requirements where applicable.
• Review and process payments with proper supporting documentation and approvals.
• Support statutory compliance matters, including filing of annual returns and working with corporate secretaries where required.
• Improve and streamline finance workflows and automation processes through technology tools.
• Work closely with external auditors, corporate secretaries, banks, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders.
