Skillmaster Training Centre Pte Ltd was founded on January 2003. With 15 years experiences in the training industry, we've grown from a small humble training centre to a reputable Approved Training Organisation. Job Summary

We are a training centre and will receive customers and/or trainees on a regular basis. The candidate will be the first person our customer and trainees see and hear when they come into our centre.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond clearly to customer and trainee queries to provide timely information
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and administrative needs to ensure a positive first impression
• Register trainees and process training documents accurately using the Training Management System (TMS) to support smooth course administration
• Prepare and file training administrative paperwork and upload required materials to government portals such as TPGateway to maintain compliance
• Generate invoices and maintain organized records using the TMS to support financial and administrative tracking
• Use basic computer skills to perform data entry and document processing efficiently
• Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations

Responsibilities:

• Create, delete, reset and suspend user's ID of operating system (eg. Windows, Linux, etc.) and application per approved change request
• Produce quality work at all times to minimize rework and client complaints.

Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.

Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

Perform buying duties when necessary.

Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.

Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.

Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.

Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.

Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.

Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders in order to verify accuracy. Approve bills for payment.

Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.

Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.

Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes.
