Key Responsibilities

Marketing Administration

1. Assist in preparing and updating marketing materials (write-ups, online listings, simple visuals).
2. Post and manage content on platforms such as job portals, company listings, and social media.
3. Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, and campaign data.
4. Generate simple reports on marketing performance and outreach.

Operations & Documentation

• Handle daily operational paperwork (e.g. job orders, delivery orders, collection records).

• Ensure all records are properly filed and traceable for compliance purposes.

Requirements
