skills and experience required

• Strong understanding of Uptime Institute Tier standards (Tier II–IV)
• ands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Solid ability to read and interpret Electrical Single Line and Mechanical schematics.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Treaty Claims Technician to support the claims team in managing reinsurance treaty claims. This is an entry-level role that offers a unique opportunity to learn about treaty structures, claims processes, and reinsurance operations from the ground up.

The successful candidate will assist in reviewing and recording claims data against treaty contracts and ensuring accurate and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Claims Processing Support:

1. Assist in reviewing loss bordereaux and claims submissions from cedents.

3. Track open claims and follow up on outstanding information or updates.

• Documentation & Data Management:

1. Maintain organized digital records of claims files.

2. Liaise with brokers and cedents on basic claims inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holders/ degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in (re)insurance, finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Basic understanding of reinsurance or insurance principles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with claims or reinsurance systems is a plus.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the smooth performance of all M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lifts.
• Plan and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Lead EHS initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to workplace safety regulations through routine inspections, risk assessments, and policy enforcement.
• Maintain and optimize essential manufacturing utilities (e.g., chilling systems, compressed air) and ensure strict environmental compliance for cleanroom and HVAC systems to prevent production downtime
• Prepare and oversee facility budgets, track key performance metrics, and manage external contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Train and guide staff while driving continuous improvement initiatives for facility reliability, environmental sustainability, and workplace safety.

skills and experience required

• Degree/ Diploma in Facilities Management / Engineering / Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Min 8 years of relevant facilities experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally from cleanroom ISO 7/8)
• Preferably individuals with lean six sigma / PMP / Fire Manager certificatio
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance planning, and workplace safety regulations
• Able to commence immediate or short notice will be a plus
• The plant is running on 12 hour shift pattern , prepared to be call back when there is a need due to operation needs.

• Details finished work. Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects. Troubleshoots and improves processes and involved in test.
