Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of facility water treatment (UPW & WWT & Water recycling…) system package concept design and RFP Preparation for 300mm semi-conductor Fabrication plant.
• Supervise and monitor water treatment contractors or design consultants’ design progress.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and committed Production Operator to support our Battery Recycling Plant operations. In this role, you will be responsible for crushing processes, material handling, and ensuring smooth day-to-day production activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and select appropriate crushing machines based on different material types
• Prepare and transfer crushed materials to the warehouse efficiently
• Perform daily operational tasks, primarily hands-on/manual work
• Support outdoor activities when required, including water treatment and battery-related processes
• Ensure accurate receipt of materials from internal departments
• Maintain daily records and update crushing log sheets accurately

The production planner is responsible for production planning of Finished goods and sub-assemblies and managing the FG stock level at desired optimal level at the Merit Distribution Centers (DC) so as meet customer orders and its fluctuation. The primary function of the planner is to balance demand and supply at the aggregate volume level with that at the detail mix level.

JOB FUNCTION

·      Handle finished goods and subassemblies order processing from oracle system via ASCP workbench

·      Perform FG and Subassemblies scheduling to production per the Master Schedule Plan to meet customer demand at Merit DCs and direct customer via Customer Service

·      Manage internal order requisitions from DC via ASCP (Advance supply chain planning)workbench weekly

·      Optimize the DC FG stock level by assessing the region supply, demand and forecast via Oracle weekly

·      Work with customer service on internal orders fluctuation for FG orders that are not forecasted

·      Work closely with Planning assistants and Planning section leader on Plant Sale and Operations Plan (S&OP) with regards to customer orders and FG stock building

·      Perform FG allocations timely for the regions in oracle upon sterilization load released

The Footwear Materials Vendor lead supports the Global Head of Footwear Material Vendors with the daily management of commercial relationship with various suppliers. He/she supports by creating and executing upon vendor/material category strategies established in accordance with GMM and overall company strategy and targets.

He/she is responsible to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful product launches, production and commercial deliverables for ECCO holistically.

The Footwear Materials Vendor lead acts as an interface with other stakeholders in the greater Supply Chain Department to participate in early risk assessment and support in execution of risk mitigation plans. The objective is to ensure little to no supply issues during bulk production for new materials in first production bulk deliveries as well as on the existing material portfolio.

Vendor/Material Category Management

• Support GMM to find, identify, evaluate and manage materials/vendors

• Support GMM on execution of material category strategies  

• Identify and assess potential new suppliers and their production facilities/capabilities
   

Supplier Management

• Support in assessing and monitoring results of Corrective Action Plans from Poor Performing Suppliers

• Resolve escalation issues from Quality, Production units, R&D, Sustainability and Compliance

• Manage total supplier capacity footprint to ensure selection of appropriate suppliers to meet ECCO’s production needs of on time deliveries with good quality at the right cost
  

New Product Introduction

• Support GMM with implementing risk mitigation plans in alignment with various stakeholders

• Evaluate using Should Cost Analysis and benchmarking vs existing materials on new materials from selected supplier to ensure the right supplier is chosen with right pricing and commercial terms

Cost Management

• Track, suggest and follow up on progress of recommended proposals for Cost Saving Initiatives to ensure successful implementation 

• Negotiate prices with suppliers under category

• Monitor and track market and material commodity trends to give pricing forecasts to GMM leadership

Others

• Support on improvement projects lead by GMM and for ECCO as a whole through OKR’s

Requirements

• Masters/Degree in Business/Economics or Supply Chain Management (Sourcing/Procurement)
