Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day food production activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Plan, schedule, and monitor production timelines to meet operational targets.
Lead and motivate the production team to meet performance and quality standards.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to support new product development and inventory management.
Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for internal and regulatory audits.
Uphold workplace safety and ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement and support new product launches.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, production processes, and quality control standards.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Possess at least 3 years of related working experience in the food production industry.
