We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical NPI - IC Assembly professional to join our team in Singapore, Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for Integrated Circuit (IC) assembly, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of new semiconductor products for automotive application.

• Lead the new production introduction (NPI) for Automotive IC assembly process (e.g.: QFP, QFN, BGA) from package development to mass production at OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test).
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches, manufacturability and ramp-up.
• Develop and implement assembly procedures and work instructions for new products.
• Support in data exchange setup with OSAT for part traceability, quality assurance and yield monitoring.
• Monitor and optimize IC assembly processes to improve efficiency and yield. Troubleshoot assembly-related issues and drive improvement projects to meet
• Support in customer complaints events, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions implementation at OSAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5years of working experience in IC package assembly or OSAT management on technical topics.
• Preferable with strong proficiency in IC assembly processes or package development for automotive applications.  
• Proven experience with NPI processes in semiconductors.
• Familiarity with industry automotive standards and regulations (e.g., AEC-Q100, JEDEC. IPC standards)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and data analytical competency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform order verification and ensure data integrity by validating production orders released by Material Planner including Master Data, BOMs, and routing accuracy in MES

• Develop and maintain production schedules across diverse manufacturing processes, balancing workload between automated (laser/NCT) and manual (welding/assembly) operations

• Conduct real-time resource and material availability checks using SAP, and coordinate with Warehouse, Material Planner, and Procurement teams to ensure production readiness

• Partner with Production Supervisors to execute daily production plans and ensure adherence to schedules; implement recovery actions for deviations

• Monitor real-time production status via MES to identify bottlenecks and proactively adjust schedules to mitigate delays

• Oversee system lifecycle activities and financial closing, ensuring accurate recording of labour, material, and scrap data in MES and SAP

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimising nesting strategies, batch sizes, and changeover processes to reduce lead time and waste

• Support cross-site capacity planning initiatives (e.g. Singapore and Malaysia), optimising machine and labour resources to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), capacity utilisation, and production variance

• Provide data-driven insights and reports to support operational and management decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical discipline

• Minimum 10 years of experience in production planning, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or precision machining industries

• Strong proficiency in SAP (PP and MM modules) and hands-on experience with MES systems

• Good understanding of fabrication processes such as nesting, cutting, bending, CNC, welding, and assembly

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and shop floor personnel

The Broadcast Operations Executive is responsible for monitoring, managing, and ensuring

the seamless transmission of live and pre-recorded events. This includes quality control,

Troubleshooting, and coordinating with technical teams to maintain broadcast standards.

Key Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Ingot & Wafer (IW) cum Contract Manufacturing Engineer with good ethics and strong passion to take on proactive roles of qualifying and managing external suppliers to achieve company's strategic directions and key yearly goals for ingot and wafer factory. This position requires good analytical and interpersonal skills to work with external suppliers to achieve continuous improvements in IW cost, yield and cell efficiency by implementing best known methods. Technical / Professional:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/ Materials Engineering.

Technological:

• Working experience in Solar/Semiconductors/Electronics manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Semiconductor/Ingot & Wafer, Solar cell and module processes
• Knowledge in FMEA, DFMEA, DOE, Fish-Bone Analysis
• Strong technical analysis competency with the use of analytical tools like JMP, Mini-Tab for troubleshooting and data mining.

• Suitable to work in cleanroom, outdoor testing, and wafer slicing/manufacturing environments.
• Able to adapt to different working conditions and support hands-on technical activities. Able to carry cell/wafer for testing. (
• Familiar with safety, discipline, and operational requirements in both lab and production settings.
