Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the through‑hole/DIP assembly line to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
• Set up, operate, and perform basic preventive maintenance on DIP equipment and fixtures.
• Conduct in‑process inspections and functional tests on assembled products.
• Troubleshoot process issues, escalate as needed, and recommend improvements.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining first‑pass yield and quality standards.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for improving and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure the production of high-quality products.

• Design, develop and integrate advanced automation systems, including robotics, machinery and control systems

• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

• Collaborate with the engineering, production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures and training materials

What we're looking for

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation role

• Proficient in the design and programming of PLC, SCADA and other industrial control systems

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with CAD software, project management tools and data analysis techniques

We're looking for an experienced and visionary Principal Engineer, Product Development Engineering to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and optimization of innovative products from conception through qualification, ensuring exceptional quality and reliability. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineering talent, and champion technical excellence while collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and drive product development initiatives from pre-silicon design through first silicon and full qualification, ensuring alignment with technology and product roadmaps.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test flows, and screening methodologies that optimize product quality and reliability metrics for wafer testing. 
• Conduct in-depth electrical and functional failure analysis during new product development and qualification phases, identifying root causes and defining corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including design engineers, device engineers, manufacturing partners, and quality teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Define and refine product specifications, test algorithms, and stress screening methods based on rigorous data analysis and industry best practices.
• Monitor product quality metrics and reliability performance across product lines, driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Partner with system and firmware teams to develop robust error handling algorithms and enhance overall product resilience.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Communicate technical findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners with clarity and precision.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution and on-time product launches.

Job Description

• To support study and analyze customer design requirement, specifications, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and tooling/equipment requirements.
• To support performing product validation according to the product design specification and customer requirements.
• To support generating drawing (3D/2D) for new and existing parts which require changes
• Main focal point for FAI build in new product introduction.
• Support in reviewing and Implement new router released from Engineering Dept.
• Leads projects for process and cycle time improvement.
• Update Production Router as per improvement.
• Identify, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve shortcoming in processes.
• Update relevant Work Instructions and Operating procedures for process improvements.
• To co-ordinate Engineer Change Order with production, planning and purchasing team to ensure smooth implementation.
• Support QA for failure analysis (RMA) and identification of corrective action for customer returns and internal CAR’s.
• Support QA team during customer/internal audits.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Able to understand mechanical drawing
• Proficient in using Solidworks

About the role

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the operational excellence of our precision, CNC and oil & gas manufacturing processes. • Proficient in using manufacturing and quality management software (e.g. SPC, ERP, CAD/CAM)
